My dear Hellen, my dear Ivor,
thousand thanks for your good wishes – Yes, man thinks and car … (Wings! Wings! Wings!) All has come of the fact, that Hellen has not married me with an English woman and Ivor has not verkuppelt me with his sister. With 70 km against a thick Baum. The Baum has broken, but Unkraut does not die. – It was a great thunder in the air.
The Backe cut, the Lippe cut, the Augenbraue cut, the right Hals cut – only foolish thoughts have remained.
One has brought me to Berlin in the hospital and there one has sown (vernäht?) all, sure, Hellen would have made it better (even as Ivor would have cut better).
