Dear Mr. Rubinstein,
Thank you for the royalties (sent to you from the Welwyn Folk Players). But there is a mistake. The Welwyn Folk Players have no right to take off Lord Chamberlain License fee. The minimum fee of five pounds (5£) was so minimal that I am rather surprised of this action. Would you kindly write to them? Thank you so much.
I am staying for two weeks in Manchester where I am producing at the Repertory Theatre my play “Draw the fires”.
With kind regards
Yours sincerely
Ernst Toller.
